sending racks name as Mackie control
hi, is there a way to send the track selected name to the controller please?

Yes, using the ‘send raw midi’ action to send sysex to your controller.

this was pretty easy once i got a cup of tea and a fatty on the go. Ive built a custom arduino controller and was worried about the sysex bit. as soon as i opened ableton it sent a handshake and all system go. John is a legend in my house right now 😁
