Overview
The Drum Group Mapping Type allows you to assign any set of 16 buttons, keys, or pads on your MIDI controller to control the visible 16 pads on a drum rack (on the currently armed track).
Functionality
- When the visible pad selection in the drum rack changes, the assigned controller pads automatically update to control the newly visible set of 16 pads.
- When the armed track changes, the mapping automatically switches to the drum rack on the newly armed track.
