Have you set it up correctly in Ableton’s preferences/settings? Go through the instructions in the ‘installation’ tab of the Serumify page: https://remotify.io/product/serumify-for-midi-fighter-twister/ Also, have you exposed some parameters in the ‘configure’ tab of the ableton device?
