Hi, we are having an ongoing problem with some of the feeds failing (on remotify and tutorials sections), which is causing the app to error. We are investigating.

I put in the command sudo xattr -cr and put in a space….then hit enter?  that gives me an option to put in my password.  then I just get a read out of text.  I don’t get the app icon come up.  I am on a Mac m1 mini any ideas?

Is no one else still having this problem?  As I said, though the “Tutorials Feed Error” is gone, all the other problems are still there:  No controller templates, once “My Controller Templates” is selected, nothing else is selectable, etc.  Would be nice to get back to work on my scripts………

The old feed data for ‘on remotify and tutorials’ may still be cached. You can clear the app data by deleting the ‘cache’ folder in the following locations: Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\<yourAppName>\Cache OS X: /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/<yourAppName>/Cache (to see the ‘Library’ folder in mac finder, you will need to ‘show hidden files’ by doing this keyboard shortcut: Command + […]

Well, it was back to working yesterday but today, though no longer getting the “tutorials feed error”, can’t do anything.  Can’t access any Controller Templates or do anything meaningful.

Just another observation. The My Scripts page will load initially, and I just managed to make a change and save. The issue seems to occur when switching to one of the 3 other tabs… then everything stops working. Hope that helps.
